I've architected large-scale React Native platforms with unified web and mobile codebases, implemented ESM-based microfrontend architectures, and built event-driven systems that scale across distributed teams.

My approach to monorepo governance includes establishing conformance tooling, automated testing pipelines (Playwright, Cucumber, Appium), and GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows that ensure consistency across multiple teams and codebases. I've led major tooling transitions including Webpack to Vite migrations and established component library standards adopted across entire organisations.
