MMT Digital / Caesars Entertainment
Principal Architect & Technology Consultant
Apr 2023 – Present
Summary
Caesars Entertainment initiated a multi-year modernisation programme across their digital estate, spanning mobile apps, web experiences and shared platform services. I serve as the Principal Architect responsible for defining the technical strategy, platform foundations and engineering governance to support this transformation.
The Problem
Caesars’ digital architecture had grown organically across multiple teams and vendors. This created fragmented frontend codebases, diverging standards, slow release cycles, and difficulty scaling mobile and web experiences. The business needed a unified architecture capable of supporting multiple brands, teams and feature streams — without sacrificing performance or reliability.
My Role
I was engaged as Principal Architect to lead the platform strategy, define target architecture, create governance frameworks and guide engineering teams towards cloud-aligned, scalable delivery practices.

- •Defined the Super App architecture for mobile + web.
- •Designed a unified React Native / React Native Web platform.
- •Consolidated codebases into a governed monorepo.
- •Introduced Terraform-based IaC.
- •Established conformance rules and governance tooling.
- •Modernised CI/CD using GitHub Actions and automated testing.
- •Provided architectural leadership and mentoring.
Architecture Highlights
- •ESM Microfrontend platform
- •RN/RNW component architecture
- •IaC-driven environment automation
- •Standardised CI/CD pipelines
